  • Intake manager takes your call, collects information, and assigns a case manager.

  • Case manager assembles your team, creates and maintains all your files, and calls you every two weeks to update you on your case.  If you have a transportation issue, or need help finding a proper physician, your case manager may be able to help.

  • Lawyer works with you and your team to determine the best strategies to bring your case to a successful conclusion.  Options include negotiation, mediation, settlement, and trial.
