Ansonia, CT (February 17, 2022) – Officers with the Ansonia Police Department say a pedestrian was struck and injured on a local street Wednesday evening, February 16.
APD officers, as well as fire rescue crews, responded to the wreck at Fourth Street around 6:30 p.m. The victim sustained unknown injuries and required transport to a local medical center by ambulance. The extent of the victim’s injuries, as well as details about the events causing the collision, have not yet been released.
