Bethlehem, CT (February 10, 2022) – A car crashed into a restaurant in Bethlehem on Wednesday evening, February 9, causing injuries.
Rescue units with the Bethlehem Fire Department responded to the scene of the incident, which happened at The Painted Pony on Main Street, and discovered a Jeep Cherokee had crashed through the front wall of the building and into the bar.
Bethlehem medics also responded to evaluate victims, but all injuries were minor and no transportation to the hospital was needed, police said. The total number of victims hurt is unclear.
The investigation into the cause of the accident remains ongoing at this time, and further details have not been provided.
