Bridgeport, CT (March 10, 2022) – Several northbound lanes were closed on Interstate 95 due to a multi-car accident that happened on Thursday evening, March 10.
Troopers with the Connecticut State Police advised drivers to avoid the area near Myrtle Street. No serious injuries were reported in the crash, though medics and first responders reported to the scene to render treatment to victims.
The Connecticut Department of Transportation first reported the incident around 10:00 p.m. but said all lanes were cleared by about 11:15 p.m. However, the investigation into the cause of the wreck is ongoing, and further details have not been provided.
