Hamden, CT (January 22, 2022) – An 18-year-old girl suffered serious injuries after she was hit by a vehicle Thursday evening, January 19, in Hamden, police say.
Officers responded to the 2400 block of Whitney Avenue around 5:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered an 18-year-old female lying in the middle of the road, police. The driver involved in the crash remained on the scene, and the victim was rushed to the hospital by ambulance with serious injuries.
