Hartford, CT (March 29, 2022) – A multi-vehicle accident occurred in East Hartford on Tuesday evening, March 29, leaving at least one person with injuries.
Officers with the Connecticut Department of Transportation and fire crews responded to the incident around 9:15 p.m. Initial reports indicate that the wreck involved multiple vehicles and happened on eastbound Interstate 84 before Exit 58 to Roberts Street.
Paramedics took at least one adult to an area hospital by ambulance. The person sustained serious injuries, and EMS say they transported one more person as a precaution.
The crash remains under investigation by the Hartford Police Department.
