North Haven, CT (March 5, 2022) – At least one person sustained injuries on Saturday, March 5, after a semi-truck accident took place on Interstate 91.
According to police reports, the incident happened around 10:45 p.m. on the northbound side of I-91 at Exit 13 to South Colony Road. The events leading up to the collision are still unknown, but police say that a large truck collided with a passenger vehicle.
Emergency personnel transported at least one victim to the hospital for injuries. It’s unclear if any other person involved reported injuries.
State police noted that charges could arise from the incident, though their investigation is ongoing. Officers plan to release further details in the coming days.
