Wethersfield, CT (February 7, 2022) – Interstate 91 in Wethersfield has reopened following a crash that shut down multiple lanes on Monday morning, February 7.
According to reports from the Connecticut Department of Transportation, the incident happened just before Exit 27 to Brainard Road.
State police said they were advised of a multi-car accident in the area around 8:30 a.m. Responding state troopers reported a patient with possible serious injuries.
The last update provided by authorities indicated that the injured patient was stable at an area medical center with non-life-threatening injuries. No further details about the victims involved have been provided.
