Rocky Hill, CT (March 28, 2022) – At least one person suffered injuries in a crash and subsequent vehicle fire that took place on Interstate 91 in Rocky Hill on Monday, March 28.
Firefighters were dispatched to northbound Interstate 91 at Exit 23, close to the West Street exit, around 4:30 p.m. Connecticut State Police also responded and discovered that two cars had collided.
Officials say that at least one person sustained injuries and was taken to a local medical center for treatment. Their current condition is unknown, and it’s unclear if any other victims were injured.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation. Further information has not been provided at this time.
