Tolland, CT (September 26, 2021) – One person was hospitalized following a two-vehicle accident on Saturday, September 25th in Tolland County.
The collision occurred in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 84 in the area of Exit 68 for Tolland. It involved a motorcycle and one other vehicle.
The extent of that victim’s injuries remains unreported, but a medical helicopter was initially called to the scene. It was later canceled.
The crash was severe enough to cause the closure of all eastbound lanes as investigators determined the cause of the collision and rescue crews cleared wreckage from the roadway.
