Brookfield, CT (February 4, 2022) – A stretch of I-84 was closed on Friday, February 4, after a crash happened in Brookfield, according to authorities.
Around 9:00 p.m., rescue units closed down several lanes of I-84 westbound near Exit 8 to U.S. Highway 6 after the multi-car accident. Per officers on the scene, one adult victim sustained injuries that were serious but not life-threatening. Paramedics took them to an area medical center for treatment, police added.
